Get yerself a robolawyer for the passenger seat.

Perhaps a larger-diameter barrel?  Dunno how it comes apart.  Along with 
the spring, reducing the supply voltage might help.  No, the barrel 
wouldn't help; it isn't air-powered.

Or is it?  From the web page:

Description sounds like pellet gun, unlike name.

RoboCop version has capacity 16, unlike the other guy with thousand 
capacity autofeed.  Fiddling with the suppy voltage might also reduce 
fire rate.

Perhaps you could build it into RoboLawyer's leg (just like the movie!)
