[Yaaarc] Observer listing for YAAARC club

Laura -
We need to change the YAAARC club listing a bit.  Let's take out the
line from the listing about Mindstorms and RC cars for kids.  We have
not been good at providing those consistently, and we should not
promise what we don't deliver.

So the description part of the listing would read:

All invited to meet robotics hobbyists and check out and informally
discuss their current gadgets and toys.

------------------

The date and time stuff is correct as listed.

Also a reminder, we meet 4th Weds in October as usual, Oct 24.
But due to the holidays we have a combined November/December meeting
on the 2nd Weds in December.  Dec 12.  No meetings Nov 28 nor Dec 24.
