[Yaaarc] Next meeting and web site

We meet on the 4th Wednesday of January through October and the 2nd
Wednesday in December (no meeting in November.)

I don't know what the plan is for the website but the older site is still up
and at www.yaaarc.org.  The new site was hacked by some kids and has not
been rebuilt or something like that.
