Neal,

Windows was first OS listed but was not the only OS listed.  The control
module is an ATmega168.  They list WinAVR but WinAVR is mostly a bunch of
Linux tools for AVRs ported to Windows.  Mainly the AVRGCC compiler.

The prices seem good as well...
