[Yaaarc] Jack PC - a 5W PC in a wall socket (robot controller?)

New low powered "Jack PC" by http://www.chippc.com   Only 5 watts, 
it fits in a standard double wide electrical box, and can even be
powered by power-over-ethernet:

Considering they've managed to drop the power requirements so low,
might a hack of something from their product line make the core 
of a good, low powered PC based robot controller?  (If so, what?)
